CONSUMER INFORMATION REGARDING THE USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
1. Upon starting to use the Euroflex.tech Website or another Website covered by the Regulations, the User concludes an Agreement with the Administrator defined in the Regulations file regarding the Service covering the use of the Website in accordance with the Regulations.
2. The Service Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by the User or the Administrator on the terms specified in the Service Regulations.
3. The User is entitled to terminate the Service Agreement at any time with immediate effect without giving any reason. The Service Agreement may be terminated by the User in any way, in particular by: ceasing to use the Website.
4. The right to withdraw from the Service Agreement is granted to the User who concluded the Agreement with the Administrator as a consumer, i.e. for purposes unrelated to his/her business or professional activity, and the Agreement was concluded remotely or off-premises. The right to withdraw from the Agreement on the same terms as the consumer is also available to other entities to which Art. 221 of the Civil Code.
5. The user referred to in section 5 may withdraw from the Service Agreement within 14 days of its conclusion.
6. The User may withdraw from the Agreement via a Formal Request.
